Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas of the USA and other countries, there is a limited range of delivery services available, and we cannot be responsible for delays due to remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible, but please note there may be a slight delay in processing orders and returns during our peak seasons (sales, holiday seasons, and promotions)
Customers are expected to sign for goods, but our delivery partners can also accommodate contactless delivery if preferred. Please be aware, however, that our service is not a named delivery service, and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order signed for in a building, for example, an office address provided for delivery.
If no one can sign for the delivery, the driver will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If no one is still available to sign for the package after five days without communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Please note that your order may be shipped in eco packaging during the sales period. Items are wrapped in tissue paper and delivered in a 100% recyclable, discreet brown box with no indication of its contents. Unfortunately, we do not provide or sell gift packaging.
During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 8-12 working days for your order to be with you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Goosh ships worldwide. Outside the US, all shipments are DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). Orders may be subject to import customs taxes, fees, and duties, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customers are responsible for all customs clearance charges and local import charges (import duty, tax, etc) if any. Please verify with the local customs office before making purchases, as customs policies vary widely. In the event that a package is undeliverable and the purchase is returned, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
REFUND POLICY
Returns & Exchanges are accepted on unworn items within 5 business days (7 local days)of order receipt and require an RA number.
Return Conditions:
The product must be unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Customized Products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Shipping:
We offer one-way free return shipping.
For subsequent returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Refunds or exchanges are only processed if the product is defective.
Customers must make a video during the unboxing process. If the product is found to be defective, the video must be submitted as proof.
Without this video evidence, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges.

During regular business hours, email requests are immediately processed. If, for any reason, you donāt receive a timely response, please give us a call.
Once an RA number is received, please specify if you want an exchange or refund. Securely pack items and send them using an insured carrier.
